Cancellation Policy

• We kindly ask that any appointment changes be made at least 24 business hours in advance. Cancellations may be made by calling (please leave a voicemail) or texting 608-836-0400.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
• Missed appointments or cancellations without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file.

To ensure every guest receives the elevated experience we are known for, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Should you arrive 15 minutes late, we may be unable to complete the full service within the remaining time, and adjustments may be necessary. Our priority is always for you to leave feeling confident, polished, and beautifully cared for.
